Every kid needs a jump rope. Skipping rope improves motor skills, coordination, and balance, plus it's a fun way for kids to burn off some energy. Once kids have the basics down, they can try some freestyle jumping like scissors, criss-cross, and heel-to-toe moves. Our 1/2" thick, 7' long nylon jump ropes are fully braided which means they don't twist or tangle!
