We currently collect sales tax in all states that impose a sales tax.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. Please note, if your order is in fulfillment or has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Shipping is free for orders over $39.00. A $5 flat rate shipping charge will be applied to standard shipping orders of less than $39.00. For a $15 fee, packages can be express shipped in 2 business days. This option will only be available for orders less than 150lbs. Select the appropriate option during checkout.
We currently only ship to the 48 USA contiguous states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take additional time. Please note, orders shipping to a PO Box are not eligible for express shipping methods.

Waiting on a package? If your package was shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, no tracking number is available. If your order was shipped via UPS, your Order Status page will include a UPS Tracking Number and link that can be used to check the delivery status on the UPS Web site at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. or by phone at 1-800-PICKUPS.
If you are concerned that it is taking too long to receive your package, contact our helpful Customer Support team at [email protected]. They will provide as much information as possible about the status of your package.
